The Westin Copley Place, Boston has beautifully decorated areas and surprisingly spacious rooms, making it easy for seniors to navigate. I truly enjoyed the lovely views of the city from my room, adding to the charm of my stay.

However, check-in was problematic with availability issues, and I noticed billing discrepancies despite pre-paying for the room, which left me frustrated with the customer service response.

Spent 3 nights in a room with city views. It had an L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV, and a cozy king bed. Loved the roll-in shower, free toiletries, and the 24-hour gym with fitness classes. Staff was super helpful, and the location was perfect for shopping. Enjoyed quick breakfast options and easy access to the Copley Mall.
